-Evaluates supplier’s business (commercial,technical,etc) capability
-Develops relevant indices models for commodities
-Measures and reports on actual TCO/Life Cycle Cost (LCC) realisation
-Monitors spend base and recommends corrective action where required
-Ensures that procurement strategy delivers against corporate strategy
-Designs and implements a tracking and reporting procedure
-Develops/incorporates international sourcing strategies
-Monitors and assesses category based spend portfolio
-Develops, implements and monitors procurement performance indicators
-Tracks and monitors Key Performance Indicators of materials, services and supplier’s technical performance |
